So how long have these people been operating illegally and why won't EPA do anything about it ?
Step one is WORKS APPROVAL through EPA and certainly nothing registered so again, why don't EPA do anything about it ?
You're thinking IPO, most likely, but need all your ducks in a row first and how will the current activities be buried i.e. operating without satisfying Regulatory requirements - make a nice addition to the speel in the IPO around "history"
Your business needs a licence if:
- you have a scheduled premises
- it is not exempt under the Environment Protection (Scheduled Premises) Regulations 2017.
