LPD at 1: 13.25 is good value. I believe its worth more. If I held LIT I would promote the TO.
From a LIT perspective, I just question the why?
Is it to remove a competitor?
No, because sileach is the only technology that can recover lithium from all lithium silicates.
Is it to acquire technology?
Well, already have license to use Lmax and sileach is the only technology that can recover lithium from all lithium silicates.
Is it to add value?
LIT have heaps more 'exploration' potential than LPD and LPD aren't flush with cash.
