Thats a good point @Fishtaco. I think you are right.
But to demand a lawyer letter, you must first send a lawyer letter.
And this goes back to the original point I made about LITs current business. I am sure investors and shareholders alike did not invest in a company because they can engage the most expensive or tenacious lawyer all the while whittling the company capital away. They invested in the idea that the company can make something of itself.
