Shareholders are not willing to put money into this. They can't even get partly paid shareholders to cough up 1c. Why would they when the SP is 3.5c, but the conversion price is 6c.
They can't close a capital raise on market. Just check out the last attempt mid 2019
They are struggling to close on a partly paid comversion
I feel sorry for shareholders especially the Newbies. Hopefully they didn't sink too much of their hard earned into this venture.
