I hope you understand what the partly paid shares are and how they get converted into heads, LIT fully paid shares.
LITCF last traded for 7.4 cents on the exchange, if the holder of the partly paid wants to convert them to heads ( LIT shares), they pay their 4.99c and then have to purchase them for 7.4c to turn them to heads which costs 12.39c total or they could sell their partly paid for 7.4c under the ticker LITCF at 7.4c.
