also that most Niobium related stocks have MC around 20-30m
so forget about if the grade are economical or not
from 5-6m M/C (CHR's current MC) to 20-30m M/C
that is x4 to x5 money to be made
if apply the peer comparison with TG6
the MC should be x3 to be "on par" with TG6
