the first announcement said "this is yet to be considered by RTX under the current funding arrangements"
the second announcement said "any exploration work on the niobium anomaly will not be covered under the current
funding arrangements with RTX"
so it's obvious that Rio isn't interested in the Niobium because CHR has told RTX to consider this but they said no, if they're interested in Niobium then there will be amendment made to the farm-in agreement announced, imo.
