LIT are proposing a T/O but the the west report says it was just a ploy to bring LPD to their knees.

Is this a serious T/O bid? Regardless, in response to LPDs request for key data I see some results have been posted. After 3months of waiting, 73% recovery is not "outstanding" - spodumene roasting achieves >90%. Add some more bespoke lixiviant!
