For better or for worse. LPD and LIT are joint at the hip due to the Court and Take-over action, both initiated by LIT. Until this is resolved, this banter is sure to continue. As long as it is well founded fact and not here-say, I would say all the better.
LIT are great marketers, I just think they need the technology to catch up as it is certainly not optimised based on the recently released details.

Answer: LIT have international license... just not for EMH- Cinovec, by LITs own termination. The license exists... it just needs a project. LIT sought the license clarification through the courts. Why would they do this? Maybe for Germany Tin now?

Answer: AG has promised to deliver on Sileach. Keep testing until it works. Without it, LIT does not have a lot of prospects as no drilling has been done.
Answer: Any JV opens up the investment pool for both companies (including LPD/LIT) its an economic thing.
Answer: (8 - at least) LPD have partnered with the following companies under various agreements:
LIT - WA
EMH - Cinovec
TEM - Brasil
PIO -Pioneer dome
LRS - Argentina
VKM - Reung Kiet
AVL - Separation rapids
Critical elements - Lemare
I think people are super critical because the way things are portrayed publicly by LIT are not the way things really are. For example:
1.
ASX: "By mutual agreement" becomes LIT: "Exquisite move to win IP battle"
https://www.businessnews.com.au/article/Lithium-Australia-executes-exquisite-move-to-win-IP-battle
2.
73% Sileach lithium recovery = "The success of Sileach development to date has been outstanding"
3.
Halogen = ???
I hope this addresses your concerns. I DMOR.
