This is meant to be the announcement... It just lacks information/clarity. There is 0 expectation or requirement for a follow up explanation. Shareholders will have to figure it out for themselves by going through quarterlies and seeing the expenditure and crossing their fingers for more info on this arrangement. Emailing this company never works as they don't respond, and there is no info i can find on "Raw Materials", whoever that is? Also why should investors have to wait for a follow up announcement after the deal has already been made? Money is already changing hands and the information is known, its just being kept from investors!
