They must be licensed as the business is "Scheduled Premise" and has a capacity of +3,000 tonnes p.a. FACT simple plain FACT. That EPA seem to turn a blind eye and allow them to continue operating is beyond belief. However, perhaps patience is wearing thin from the regulatory side. Keep in mind these guys are yet to respond to the last EPA deadline. Says a lot about both parties.
