Might be so but the Gov in power has little impact on the outright balderdash painted by this crew, and if as you say it may take until November, then there's a Hemingway of "announcements" between then and now. Surely, the EPA, once bitten, will be twice shy around the public information put out there by Tusitalas' at LIT HO- a fully operational battery recycling plant sitting at a location which is not an EPA Licensed site.
