LIT “contributing to the IP of LMax”??
LIT “still holds all rights to LMax in WA”??
For the moment, they hold the exclusive right to USE the LMax process in WA... but there ARE a few conditions on that one... and there are other Rights (moral rights, IP, etc) which they don’t have.
