You do understand what an inverted comma means don't you? It's not just used for quotation, it's also used to denote scepticism or irony:

You've not only totally misunderstood my post, you're coming in all superior with quotation marks where I have clearly used the term emphatically.

To accurately quote me it would be " 'error' ".

The only one who is in error is you.

I made it clear what is the difference. And I said it was expertise. They saw an anomaly and it was vertical but they couldn't see that at the time, the true nature of the anomaly wasn't evident from above. But they persevered. I have read that report and I do not misunderstand it.

Reread my post, I don't want to have to educate you any further as you don't even understand punctuation, let alone substance.
