I have to disagree with a few of your points, first of all they are spread too thin, too many projects and even with good people on board there is only so much talent they can employ at any given time. To have that many projects happening at the same time really putting the strength at test here.
Another thing is I wouldn't call Ron a good leader, he failed on many occasions on the deadlines and there is just too much, I mean way too much delays happening. Which is cause for concern.
My holding is moderate with LRV and I am down an unfortunate 30%.
