So let's assume minoil is correct with ~300M SOI post acquisition and CR this would value company at ~$4.8M EV. Not out of the realms. Although a good deal for the vendors.
Given the deal is for $2M worth of shares (as opposed to a set price) then it's in the best interest of the coy for a higher SP at time of acquisition and CR trigger date.
Whatever the price this will most likely see alot more interest once the money issue and more project details come out.
