I am on night shift and so have had a bit of time to r/v the last ANN.
I believe there is absolutely nothing wrong with the last paragraph RE concerning the certainty of binding agreements. The wording is fine. They have to put it there. Also ofcourse they are not going to write it in the middle of the ANN.
One just needs to read properly.. AGY mentions plans twice re the Chinese MOU
As per Ann:
"As part of these works, the Company will include the provision for
early commencement of Stage 2 development works, pending advancement of discussions with the MOU parties from the Chinese lithium battery sector"
And
"Argosy and its Strategic Adviser, Airguide International Pte Ltd have continued to progress various parties’ due diligence towards formalising an investment proposition for potential Stage 2 funding."
Everyone needs to ask themselves if the MOU parties are about to sign a investment proposition they are not going to tell us that. In reality all they can probably say is the above. I think AGY are simply reassuring is that everything is going ahead as they have planned
that's IMO obviously but it makes sense. Again they have said continued to progress towards formalising
