I remember from a announcement on Rincon, that S1 was 100-150, S2 was 1000-1500 and S3 was 10000-15000.
This was before all the fast tracking from S1 to S2 event.
I'd presume all those numbers should atleast stay the same if not increasing.
So S3 should be atleast in the 10000-15000 region
It makes sense too with the tenement size they have now.
I think it's possible they're trying to ink funding somewhere in between the S2 and S3, I don't see the deal taking this long just for a 10mil funding package.
Time will tell.
