I think the value of the greenbushes stake to IGO is higher now by x%. This contract amendment removes some optionality from Tianqi, and hence is a positive. Also helps manage costs with less games being played. Happier staff etc,
The 5% bulk discount should be the next thing to go, but this is great progress. The ATO will ask for tax on that bit if they are not stupid about transfer pricing. In times of scarcity obviously a premium should be in order for a bulk supply that customers cannot get anywhere else.
