turn around in management is high, make me feel like WTF

i would not be surprised to see the SP drifting lower, to 2c level

the chart in anger mode, or the shareholder feeling if you will
its gonna take a year before we get out of this phase and see a possible rally
the lithium downgrade from every tom dick and harry will add more insult to the injury

for the benefit of doubt if there is a possibility of a TO, i would say mick is going cz the investor who is eyeing Zenith wants his man to be running the show
before he makes his move.
