Sure is, the whole sector is catching the same wave and updating pricing on almost monthly basis...supply will eventually catch up with demand but guess the producers will maybe set up their own "OPEC" and attempt to keep the balance in their favor, in the meantime they are doing a great job in helping me in retirement ...may the good times roll for a while yet.
