Sdv seems to be progressing, LAC has announced a 6month delay on their project next door so one may expect a similar result here. This would also tie into the slow naraha construction + commissioning. Limited available raw material for naraha once committed carbonare sales are filled.
I would like to see naraha commissioning and expansion talked about at strategy day along with a clear outline of proposed expansions both for raw materials and chemicals, along with offtake strategy and financing. Naraha is the real key to unlocking s2 expansion value, it should not lag.
Current ops could bank roll expansion plans but that is not the most efficient capital allocation strategy.
