That carrot dangle gcar is quoting was made not long after the plant was shut down. It might have seemed plausible to some at the time with many still holding hope about the viability of the plant, but do you really, honestly take it seriously now? Even after the company itself relabelled it from a commercial production plant to a demonstration facility? C'mon, who are you trying to kid? It was always a particularly weak carrot dangle and we all know how even the most attractive carrot dangles go with AGY.
By the way, you don't need to add 'all in my opinion' at the end of posts like this, it doesn't make sense.
