The only example I could find of loans between Argentinian government entities (whether provincial or federal) actually went the other way—Orocobre had to loan JEMSE (a branch of the Jujuy Provincial Government) US$7 million just so they could meet their own funding commitments to the project.
AGY has zero chance of securing a loan from the Australian Government, and next to no chance of getting one from the Argentinian Government either—because they’re flat broke.
