based on lithium history, it only takes a slight demand shock to send things into deficit.
we just need to get the supply / demand balance first (neutral) which its heading towards, then that demand shock will happen at some stage.
I agree in terms of assets, having that permit approval is worth something for sure, noting how annoying they are to get. We've got ponds built, and facilities on site. I think with where lithium extraction technology is headed, DLE will make those impurities less of a problem over time.
I think those who have parcels in the 2-5c range will be rewarded with the pot of honey at some stage in the future.
