Follow along, really slow if you need to. The project gets the money from a govenrment’s export credit agency. Where does the export credit agency get the money to give to the project?
I know it’s hard to connect the dots sometimes, so take as long as you need mate. And if you’re still struggling, refer back to my original post where I mentioned VUL’s loan from Export Finance Australia, which any way you’d like to spin it, is quite literally an arm of the Australian government.
