IMO AGY will never be a billion dollar company with the Rincon project alone. The project is just far too small to justify such a high cap. Also considering by the time they've finished the raises to keep the lights on the SOI could easily be well north of 2 billion shares. However, should the company last to the end of the decade and as you say sort out funding and become a commercial producer, they'll be worth more than 2.2c.
