I think the fact that we are debating whether this is good or bad news means its bad news. If it was good news they would be trumpeting it as they need some fairly quickly. Aside from that I agree with @NutmegWS that they are running short of cash. I know they have no debt so that helps but raising cash now is going to be very difficult. MB have given them a PO so they need to quickly invoice them and get some cash flow.
