    Thanks, I'll look into that too. I've never had to even consider such action before, but the actions of this company are truly unconscionable. I have the time, patience, sheer stubbornness and money to see this through. Finding enough time to put it all together is my only limitation but I will make time and I will make it my mission, etc etc.
