I think everyone is ok with the share price lifting and the 'draining' comment is correct as well because all exploration costs money. But recovering lithium from these clays should prove to be very economical. As @sydneysider says "the opex for next JORC upgrade is extremely very low cost". If you got in early and plan to hold until production then you cannot let yourself be concerned with fluctuations in the share price.

There is no way you can read this announcement as a negative. It is just the second clay pan being drilled. The first pan at Eden has to be ticked off as a success and now all but the most northern section of the Madube pan is showing even thicker intersections.

The drilling so far is proving that the anomaly reported two weeks ago is accurate. The anomaly itself was pretty much confirmed when you look at where saline-producing bore holes have been put down by locals for irrigation. We can safely put future drill-holes down in those areas and should continue to get thick results at decent grades for many more hectares yet. All in my opinion only.
