This looks very attractive to PNR.
I do not have much knowledge in this area, but the other farm in deals I have seen involve the farm in party paying the exploration costs up to an investment decision, with both parties sharing the capital expenditure. This announcement states MIN will pay all costs up to production in exchange for 65% ownership. Thus PNR has a free carried ride for a half share of 35% of the project.
So we PNR shareholders have a free carried ride for 17.5% of a lithium project being funded by a well resourced, experienced operator (MIN).
Seems very good to me.
I would appreciate other comments.
