Cant raise capital until after the AGM in two weeks time. Dont you understand the process? Shareholders need to approve issuing 10% of new shares. Look at the AGM motions and you can see that a motion is being put. Shareholders will decide if further funds are required not JP. Sorry your not very well versed on running a Company. You should stop trying to mislead shareholders.
Why dont you attend the AGM.
