They were reading that into the ann which set out the information throughout the ann eg "Geological logging is based on visual interpretations and should not be considered a substitute for laboratory analysis, which is required to determine grade and widths for geological reporting. " The only thing it did not do was to spell it out explicitly which has now been done. I add that I do not need to be spoon-fed.
You also need to consider what the OBJECTIVES were and what they are doing in 2023.
I would consider your post "disingenuous"!!
