The Silk Road funding Inniative was provided thru our J/V relationship.It is to be paid back on favourable terms after positive cash flow from the Lindi project.It was up to 80% of required funding with J/V all so chipping in and to add supplying a further 6-8 million funding in advance for long lead items while alternate funding was arranged.
The Silk Road funding was to be agreed in full detail in October but due to the Tanzanian supplements bill being revised has been delayed.That delay only subject to mining license being issued now.There was no mention of this funding in report from Patterson's and they conveniently said we were unfunded and diluted us by 50%...The report was a joke...at 27 cents
