Towie not sure of other implications how ever these shares may not even be exercised for a 24 month period.They may not even benefit our current needs if this were to occur.This appears to be a gift IMO?

• 15 million options at 15 cents=2.25 million raised outside 15% annual capacity

Would have been fantastic if the extra 15 million were offered to retail investors at 15 cents exercised in 6 month period on the back of material announcements coming.

• Out come money raised within 6 months and because of distribution no one has the single influence of share price as per this offer.
• Had enough of dumps and butchering of our share price.Management need to take a stand and not influence this behaviour.

This is IMO and not advice...Looking for share price appreciation not gifts...
