Went well enough, Resolution 1 was different to my understanding - we were not voting on whether Patersons got the options or not, it was already negotiated that as part of their service fee that someway or another they would and the vote was whether to use the 15% issue allowance or not.
Pretty encouraged everythings progressing and the extremely painful delays caused by the Tanz Govt are out of our control. However, there was good confidence in the room that resolution here is a when not if.
