WKT hold Lindi Graphite via a Tanzanian registered company , have an office in Dar, will be using the local bank and have been planning to contract out services to Tanzanians including mine earth moving machinery , transport to port , contract to the mine camp operator for some time , WKT has already pre- engaged these services , WKT appears to be already in compliance .
