Well either they have 'em or they are 'em ... nuts, I mean. As far as I can see the current owner of the tenements Gateway Mining has shown no interest and found no evidence of there being any spodumene / pegmatites / lithium on their block. Nor has Gateway's neighbour, Horizon Gold. No outcropping, no rock chips, nothing. Sensore looks to have signed up to a total cleanskin lithium district. Maybe Liontown's Kathleen Valley project is within 100 clicks but nothing else I can think of. So, a ballsy gamble on Sensore's technology. If they can find lithium right under the feet of two actively exploring miners then it sort of proves their case. They need one of these punts to come off, so as to gain some cred among the explorers.

Also, the buy-in arrangement seems quite convoluted, with their regular partner, Deutsche Rohstoff, in there somewhere and a jv partner of Gateway, Estuary Resources in there as well.
