My point is,coto,the deal benefits somebody[some]. Otherwise, it wouldn't be happening. And I understand your position vis-a-vis the merger being of no apparent benefit to HRZ retail shareholders. As for the reasons for the sudden upsurge in HRZ s.p, it's human nature to speculate but it's often wide of the mark,as we've seen. And if I may speculate here, why would anybody wanting a position in the company, buy up on masse in a day in a fairly tightly held register, when they could quietly accrue over a period of time and barely move the share price? Someone with deep pockets taking a punt? I'm doubtful.All the people that I know with deep pockets are very canny with their dosh.Or they do thorough research beforehand.That's why they have deep pockets.My own-dearly bought- experience in this area of the market has made me very cynical and,unless something happens soon to justify this buying spree,I would consider it a ploy.
