It is all well and good to get rid of directors by voting against them at general meeting but the Perth based director cohort live in an incestuous witches coven. Because the corporations act stipulates that directors appoint other directors to the board and the act also stipulates that directors can resign or be removed by the other directors with the only exception being that shareholders can vote against the election of directors at general meeting. My point is the board goes and looks in the coven and picks out a like minded known practiced conniver to fill the vacancy.
You will be successful in spilling the board at the next Annual General Meeting with the second strike unfortunately the managing director is excluded for this. All the other directors will stand for election in three months if they haven't bugged out.
I just hope GSR CEO Hansen qualifies for that treatment as I will certainly vote him out if I can.
