If and when the merger occurs,GSR's $500000 would be a handy down payment on that debt repayment. If it isn't paid before due date,given gold mining is in full swing at the time,it'd represent significant dilution if shares were issued in lieu. And there 'd be a strong chance they'd be unloaded en masse.
