We did it over in GSR, we got over 5% of holders to sign a resolution calling for the board to "NOT ISSUE SHARES >>>>OTHER THAN FOR WORKING CAPITAL". The resolution is still active I believe.

Thanks @Lowkeyinvestor, good to know about these rules and procedures, which I do not have any idea currently. Good to bring such resolutions and controls where possible.
