    agree, we will have:
    • a net cash balance
    • positive cash flows from Norseman
    • a decent investment in PNR
    • a free carry in lithium
    • probably some type of deal on the iron ore prospects
    I think the IPO price of 90c will be achieved prior to August. A healthy 50%+ profit from here
