The JV wasn't predicated on the success of those tests. DLG already wanted a way to sell lithium batteries to the Australian market. LIT/soluna was that method. Then they were also going to test to see if they could make batteries from LITs cathode material because that could have some nice synergy. But the was superfluous to the middle nan deal
