There was the "JV" middleman scenario where LIT resells batteries for DLG (or not, we haven't heard...).
And also a plan to fastrack vspcs cathode tech. There is no suggestion that the testing was successful and that's why DLG did the deal. The testing was formally announced once the deal began.
