Great news! Good to see the dots lining up as AGY keeps moving forward towards becoming a major chemical producer.
I don't see a buy out happening yet either, not for the lack of offers though but for some of the previously mentioned reasons. However that said, everyone has a price, as long as its north of 50c ~$500mc.
