    Here's what my research has led me to believe...

    Difference in production cost for brine vs hard rock is about 20-30%

    That used to be significant when Li carbonate prices were $6000

    Now with Lithium Carbonate prices much much higher that difference is insignificant and in fact as better option as it can be scales up and down rapidly. Brine production is so slow moving that to ramp up and down production depending on demand is much more difficult.
