At any rate it's clear from the announcement that the State Gov's clear intent is to provide support while the price remains below $1100 a tonne, they don't need the cash at the moment, and they don't have any reason to add stress on any legitimate industry right now.They know they are sitting on another golden nest egg, one that can't relocate...
