They won't have to IMO. The agreement to allow KoBold to purchase the AVZ tenements and be issued a mining licence will require AVZ to drop all litigation against the DRC, including Cominiere. It was the DRC officials that stripped AVZ of the tenements and gave them to Zijin. In that respect I'd not call Zijin the thief, rather the purchaser of stolen property.
