@RTFQ and @kellectric I seam to remember JW stating somewhere that the PP would only run if the term sheet with the potential customers were finalised.
In short LPD is making the potential customers "Pay" for the pilot plant run.
Peeps please remember to up vote the announcement so we can get as many eyeballs on our page as possible.
